Identify and define your health and wellness vision, discover desired behavior changes, discuss motivators, and strengths. Explore obstacles and create a plan to get past them.

Includes: Preliminary 60 Minute Wellness Review, Wellbeing Assessment, Vision Writing, Goal Setting, Short and Long Term Action Plan.

Single Coaching Add-On Sessions

$95/hr.

Available as 60, 90 and 120 Minute Sessions
Single add-on sessions are for clients who have completed the Wellness Review and Wellbeing Assessment. These sessions are focused around one or two areas of concern pre-determined and defined by the client.
